The school is looking to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher on a long-term or permanent basis from September 2026. The successful Assistant Head Teacher will balance teaching responsibilities alongside a key pastoral leadership role, while contributing to regular SLT meetings and supporting whole-school strategic planning.
The successful Assistant Head Teacher will have:
• QTS and significant teaching experience within the UK
• Proven experience in a leadership or middle leadership role
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and pastoral care systems
• Experience contributing to school improvement strategies
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and collaborative leadership approach
