Join us as an Assistant Go to Market Manager in the Large Kitchen Appliances squad, and you'll be right in the centre of our commercial team. You'll build, plan, and execute our customer and commercial strategy and develop our business for future growth.

You will be a key link between functional representatives in the squad, coordinating annual, quarterly, and in-season initiatives to maximize performance. Additionally, you'll work with suppliers to define marketing strategies and support marketing campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Senior GTM/GTM Manager to understand the category landscape, including customers, competitors, trends, financial performance, range performance, threats, and opportunities, to aid in developing the annual category strategy.
• Assisting in creating the blueprint for the annual category strategy, including target KPIs (CSAT, share, EBIT, stock), customer shopping journey, category proposition, and go-to-market plan.
• Supporting the squad in implementing major initiatives like new product launches, merchandising solutions, and customer journey enhancements both online and in-store.
• Utilizing analytics and insights from online and customer teams to inform trading decisions, events, promotions, and range adjustments.
• Meeting with suppliers across the UK, primarily around London, to coordinate efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills to review data and recommend actions to improve sales, profit, and cash flow.
• Experience working within a category or commercial team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Office workflow tools.
• A background in Marketing is preferred.
