The Role We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who leads by example, puts people first, and plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager and the wider team. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who is passionate about developing others, creating strong team culture, and driving the business forward through engaged, motivated people. Who Were Looking For You are someone who: Has previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or strong Deputy/Restaurant Manager in hospitality environment

Leads through people, culture, and example

Is passionate about coaching, developing, and inspiring teams

Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment while remaining calm and approachable

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant

Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture

Act as a role model on the floor, delivering exceptional hospitality and guest engagement

Ensure service standards, brand values, and operational procedures are consistently upheld

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development

Assist with rota planning, cost control, and business optimisation

Build strong relationships across departments to ensure seamless service

Step into the General Manager role when required, ensuring continuity and confidence
