The Job Role
An Assistant General Manager to lead a busy cocktail venue.
An Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with managing and day to day running of the business
An Assistant General Manager to continually drive standards of drinks services forward within a late night venue.
Developing a high-performing and motivated team
An Assistant General Manager that is based on the floor and loves interacting with every guest.
The Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night bar environment.
An Assistant General Manager with proven experience in a similar venue role.
An Assistant General Manager, that is able tobring across a great personality.
Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must
An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
