Were looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our opening team. This is your opportunity to support the General Manager, lead teams, and be part of a vibrant leadership group where detail and passion matter.
What Youll Be Doing
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Lead and motivate front of house and bar teams.
Ensure financial, operational, and guest service targets are met.
Contribute to training, mentoring, and developing the team.
Oversee service standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times.
Manage reservations flow and coordinate seating to optimise revenue and guest satisfaction.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH.
Monitor labour costs, scheduling, and team productivity.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Support stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination where required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and company policies.
Assist in delivering events, private dining, and special services.
About You Experience in a senior management role within hospitality.
Strong leadership andorganisationalskills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
