Whether youre ensuring smooth service on a buzzing evening, helping plan private events, or coaching the team to deliver experiences with personality and care, youll play a central role in shaping the guest experience and driving the business forward. What youll be doing as our Assistant General Manager Supporting the General Manager, taking ownership of daily operations and confidently leading in their absence. Inspiring and motivating the team on the floor and behind the bar, ensuring every guest feels recognised and welcomed. Leading by examplebringing the energy and attention to detail that keeps standards high and service seamless. Supporting with training and development , giving your team the tools to grow and shine. Playing a key role in commercial success : keeping an eye on sales, costs, and opportunities to improve performance. Helping deliver private hires and events , ensuring each runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
