The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager to join a highly regarded, independent pub group in West London.
This is a flagship, premium food venue with a loyal local following, buzzing bar trade, and beautifully designed dining areas.
You'll play a key role supporting the General Manager in leading the team, driving exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high operational standards.

What's On Offer
£50,000 per annum (inclusive of tronc)

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily service with confidence, energy, and attention to detail
Support the General Manager with all aspects of pub operations
Recruit, train, and develop a motivated FOH team
Maintain high standards across service, cleanliness, and compliance
Manage stock control, GP, labour costs, and P&L performance
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build lasting local relationships
Drive sales through events, marketing initiatives, and brand engagement
The Ideal Candidate
Currently working as a General Manager , Deputy GM , Assistant General Manager.
Experience in premium pubs, bars, or restaurants
Confident leading a busy front-of-house team and supporting kitchen operations
Commercially astute, with a good understanding of P&L and KPI management
Positive, people-focused leader with excellent communication skills
Fully flexible with availability for evenings and weekends
Right to work in the UK
