Lead, coach, and support the team—setting high standards and motivating performance. Be a visible presence on the gym floor, engaging with members and building community. Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance. Support membership sales, retention, and local marketing initiatives. Take ownership of key business areas and KPIs, stepping up when the GM is off‑site.
