The Job Role A Manager for a themed, premium barpub venue
Supervise and motivate front-of-house teams during service
A Manager to support the General Manager with managing and day to day running of the business
Manage cash, opening/closing procedures, and compliance with licensing and safety regulations
Drive revenue through upselling drinks, cocktails, and experiences
The Requirements The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night bar environment
A manager/supervisor with proven experience in premium bars, gastropubs, or hospitality venues
A Manager, that is able tobring across engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
