My client is looking for an Assistant General Manager for an exciting, member-focused venue opening in Spring 2026.
A great opportunity to join from day one, supporting the GM in building the team, shaping the culture and delivering a strong, floor-led operation.
The site will run across all-day dining, bar, private dining and terrace, so its a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading service and driving standards.

Youll be responsible for:
Supporting day-to-day operations

Leading service and maintaining high standards

Team management, training and recruitment

Driving a positive team culture

Supporting the GM with performance and guest experience

About you:
Current AGM or strong Restaurant/Assistant Manager ready to step up

Hands-on and floor-led

Experience in quality, high-volume environments

Strong leadership and people skills

Passionate about service and guest experience
