The total wage advertised is inclusive of 33,000 salary plus an additional approximate 13,300 per year in tronc. You will focus on the four key drivers of the business: people, operational excellence, revenue, and profit. While the General Manager is ultimately accountable, you will work collaboratively with them to implement strategies and drive results. In their absence, you will take responsibility for leading the business and ensuring operational standards are upheld. Depending on your expertise, you will take the lead in managing either Front of House or Back of House Teams. However, you will maintain flexibility and adaptability to support all areas of the business as needed.You will be part of the Senior Management team and report to the General Manager. The contracted hours are 45 per week on an annual average (meaning some weeks you may be required to work more, but others you will work less), inclusive of dedicated admin time to complete all necessary tasks.
