This is an excellent opportunity for a 7+PQE Financial Services Regulation lawyer to join a global leader in the financial services market. Reporting into the US, you will have full autonomy over the UK and EU market and will support the business on all UK and EU regulated offerings and commercial agreements.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Advise on complex regulatory matters in the UK and EU
• Supporting the business on trade and the cycle of a trade
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts

The ideal candidate is likely to have 7+PQE experience as a regulatory lawyer who is looking to take on a broader role. The successful candidate will have familiarity with regulations governing trade execution, matching and settlement in the UK and Europe.
