ROLE SUMMARY: ASSISTANT FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER The Other House Assistant Front of House Manager has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the house, serving a mix of guests, members and residents. Our Assistant Front of House Manager has a strong background in a hotel Front of House supervisory role with a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to detail and personalised resident/member service. About you: Strong leadership abilities and organisational skills. An entrepreneurial personality who can think outside of the box, drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the House Ideally previous experience in an overnight Front of House role A flair for intuitive service Excellent command of English both verbal and written Second language (preferred but not essential) A positive, engaging personality Good interpersonal skills Strong task and time management abilities The right to work in UK The Other House celebrates diversity and fosters an inclusive workplace where all are welcome.
