The Role
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, youll help coordinate the F&B operation across our parlour, and lounge areas. Youll ensure the highest standards of quality, creativity, and service making sure every guest interaction, from breakfast to a late-night nightcap, reflects The Zetters charm and character.
Youll combine guidance from the Food & Beverage Manager with your hands-on leadership and operational oversight to guide teams to deliver outstanding food, drink, and guest experiences while supporting commercial success.
