Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

You will lead the F&B team day-to-day, ensuring smooth service, quality food, and excellent guest experiences. Increase sales through upselling, manage stock and hygiene, and step in for the Deputy manager when needed. Leading by example is key and youll have the passion and drive to bring new ideas to the table.
Shifts will vary between early 7-3.30, late 14.30 to 23.00 and 12-8pm. 5 days over 7.
We are an independent hotel so we are open to new ideas. The hotel is looking to re-direct its F+B operation and expand. We are looking for someone with strong supervisor experience who wants to bring ideas to grow our restaurant bar and terrace.
The hotel also has a busy event space and needs someone who enjoys delivering great service on those special occasions.
Salary £31,200 plus service
