Main Duties: *Daily audit of previous days sales, investigating and resolving discrepancies. *Accounts receivable credit checking new clients, issuing of sales invoices, chasing payment for outstanding debt. *Accounts payable processing supplier invoices, preparation of payment runs and recording and verifying agents commission claims. *Daily bank reconciliations. *Balance sheet reconciliations including prepayments and accruals. *Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information. *Liaising with auditors, banks and other stakeholders. Experience *Previous experience within a hotel accounts role at similar level *The use of Quickbooks Desktop accounting software *You will have a good understanding of all operational areas of a hotel including Front Office and Food & Beverage. Abilities *Good communication skills *Good with computer systems *Follow company values and bring those into your day to day workings Notes Rosedon Hotel does not offer staff accommodation although we can assist with a room in the hotel for your first four weeks whilst you settle in and seek permanent accommodation.
