If you're a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesAssist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze trends to ensure business goals are metBuild effective relationships with key stakeholders, providing them with accurate financial information to support decision-makingDevelop financial models, including cost analysis and profitability assessments, to drive insights for the businessHelp create the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts, gathering relevant data and developing assumptions for planningFacilitate cost-benefit analysis for new initiatives and assist in preparing presentations for senior leadershipCreate and monitor management information reports that detail key trading statistics and challenge cost spending where necessaryYour ProfileIdeally, you have a degree in finance or a related fieldYou're either a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and have some post-qualification experience, preferably in the insurance industryYou have hands-on experience in business modelling and can translate complex data into actionable insightsYou can effectively communicate and present financial information to a variety of audiencesYou’re detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasetsYou thrive in a collaborative environment and can forge relationships at all levels within the organizationYou're driven and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently and tackle ambiguityAbout AXAAXA Group is the worldleader in insurance and asset management.
