Assistant Facilities Manager

Ceto Talent are supporting a confidential government-backed organisation in sourcing an Assistant Facilities Manager for an initial contract engagement.

This Assistant Facilities Manager role is suited to someone who is operationally focused, hands-on, and confident working across day-to-day facilities management activities within a fast-paced environment.

Location: London (hybrid working) Contract Length: 6 months Rate: £450 per day (umbrella)

Requirements

To be considered for this Assistant Facilities Manager position, you must have:

* Proven experience working as an Assistant Facilities Manager within a facilities management environment

* Strong operational, hands-on experience across FM delivery (client-side or supplier-side)

* Ability to support day-to-day facilities operations effectively within a live environment

* Active government clearance required (will be discussed at application stage)

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Facilities Manager will support the delivery of facilities management services across the estate, ensuring operational effectiveness and service standards are maintained. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and service providers, assisting with the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. The Assistant Facilities Manager will also contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day FM operations, taking a proactive and hands-on approach to resolving issues and supporting the wider FM function
