Luxury fitness and wellness company require a skilled and dedicated Facilities engineer to carry out ongoing and planned maintenance work to ensure the clubs remain safe, efficient and pristine.

Duties:

Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and respond to reactive maintenance needs. Schedule and coordinate routine service visits and inspections. Inspect and maintain plant rooms, machinery areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety. Learn and manage the pool plant system, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Prioritise and complete daily work orders, ensuring timely resolution. Perform general repairs, including lighting, minor plumbing, and basic carpentry. Conduct routine safety checks and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to control environmental systems. Support the fire life safety systems, ensuring regular checks and compliance. Maintain a detailed maintenance log and report progress to senior team members. Follow all Health & Safety (H&S) regulations and company procedures.
