The ideal candidate will support the estimating team in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for commercial stone, ceramic, and tile projects. - Review architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate quantity take-offs and pricing. - Analyse job-specific risks and opportunities to develop strategic and profitable bid proposals. - Source and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and up-to-date material costs. - Work closely with the preconstruction and project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from estimating to execution. - Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client consultations as needed. - Ensure all estimates comply with applicable codes, client specifications, and company standards.
