They currently turnover in Excess of £100m and are one of the most respected and well known brand names in industry, having been established over 50 years ago.

They work UK wide within Utilities, Civils and Rail with projects ranging from £500k to £20m.\n\nRole (Main Purpose):\n\n• Calculate and estimate the expected cost of construction of a given project.\n\n• Forecast how long it will take to complete the project.\n\n• Assist the estimating team to make profitable and competitive bids by coming up with all the cost information needed for the projects.\n\n• Work as an effective member of the team.\n\nKey Responsibilities & Duties:\n\n• Prepare enquiries and analyse quotations.\n\n• Review data and documents like analysis reports, purchase orders and also subcontracts.\n\n• Prepare and update project estimates.\n\n• File all relevant documentation such as receipts and purchase orders.\n\n• Gather information to be used to produce the project estimate.\n\n• Complete civil and/ or mechanical take offs from first principles.\n\n• Review ITT Technical & Commercial documentation.\n\n• Undertake other general duties as required by the team
