The Role We’re looking for a technically minded all-rounder to support pre-construction across multiple developments, moving projects from feasibility to site start. This role is also suitable for professionals with experience as a Pre-Construction Engineer, Technical Project Coordinator, Development Technical Coordinator, Construction Development Engineer, Design Coordinator, or Assistant Design Manager.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Pre-Construction (Technical) to:

Key Responsibilities

* Support pre-construction activities across multiple developments

* Review technical information, including drawings, surveys, and site reports

* Identify design, technical, and delivery risks and opportunities

* Assist in early discussions with statutory bodies

* Prepare technical reports and project documentation

* Monitor technical obligations post-land exchange

* Attend project launch and handover meetings

* Liaise with consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
