Do you have Catering Experience or a Qualification such as City & Guilds, an SVQ or equivalent?

Duties within kitchens include preparation of food and beverages and the organisation of the service of food.

Understanding Health and Safety requirements.

Duties may include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, its surround and equipment.

Completing required paperwork including electronic returns in line with Fife Council procedures. xbpsjku

Understanding dietary and nutritional needs – is desirable however full induction and training will be given.
