Job Title: Assistant Contracts Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Experience & Qualifications

SMSTS
CSCS Card
3 Day First Aid
Proven experience within a Design & Build commercial fit-out environment
Experience delivering commercial and/or educational fit-out and refurbishment projects

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of fast-track commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £50k - £5m
Support the management of 1-3 live fit-out projects concurrently, depending on size and complexity
Assist with design coordination, technical detailing, and pre-construction planning for D&B fit-out schemes
Support day-to-day site management activities, including subcontractor coordination and sequencing of works
Monitor and update fit-out programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved
Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, and managing agents throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance
Attend site, design, and client meetings, tracking actions and supporting project delivery through to completion
