Job Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an Assistant Contracts Manager to support the delivery of projects for a well-established contractor based in Whyteleafe.
This role suits someone from a trade or site-based background looking to move into an office-based project management role, with clear training and progression. Working alongside senior Project Managers, you will assist with planning and delivering projects, undertaking site visits, supporting cost control and procurement, attending meetings, and ensuring works are delivered safely and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with project planning and delivery
Carry out site visits and progress inspections
Support cost control, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Help manage programmes, documentation, and reporting
Ensure health and safety and quality compliance
Requirements
Site-based or trade background
SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
Good Excel skills
Full UK driving licence
Able to commute daily to the office
