We are currently supporting one of AG's clients with their recruitment for an Interim Assistant Company Secretary (12 months).

This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a qualified Assistant CoSec with proven experience in working for FTSE listed companies. The role will include overseeing board and committee meetings, and portfolio management.

This role involves working with a London-based client and requires three days of office presence weekly.
