About our Nursery
Busy Bees Mill Hill, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 78 children in newly refurbished rooms, each with its own individual outdoor area. Our superb chef prepares delicious home-cooked meals that are nutritionally balanced and healthy, featuring a six-week rolling menu that highlights fresh, seasonal produce. This allows our children to experience a wide variety of tastes, textures, flavors, and colors in their meals. Conveniently located near shopping and transport amenities at Mill Hill Broadway, including Thameslink Station, we also provide complimentary lunches and free parking for staff. Our nursery is situated in a stunning detached property in one of Mill Hill’s most sought-after areas, offering an exceptional environment for early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare healthy, nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements for children. \n
- Support the Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. \n
- Ensure kitchen inventory is well-maintained and assist with ordering and stock management. \n
- Support meal preparation and assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment. \n
- Ideally experience in leadership within early years settings.
- Strong mentoring and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive improvements and ensure compliance.
