Supporting the Centre Manager with day-to-day running of the workshop
Making sure customers receive excellent service and leave happy
Supervising and helping out Technicians and Fast-Fit staff
Managing appointment schedules and workflow in the workshop
Keeping everything safe and compliant with health and safety standards
