The Role Working as part of a close-knit Building Surveying team, you'll be involved in the day-to-day delivery of professional surveying services, gaining exposure across both technical and project-based work. You'll be supported by experienced surveyors while being encouraged to take ownership and grow in confidence. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with building condition surveys and defect inspections Preparing technical reports and client documentation Supporting the production of specifications, schedules of work and tender packs Assisting with contractor tender reviews and contract documentation (JCT)
