We’re working with a national consultancy that’s looking to add an Assistant Building Surveyor to its team in Glasgow, also offering opportunities for hybrid working.

You’ll be supporting a mix of commercial projects and getting hands-on experience across key areas like contract admin, dilaps, TDD, planned maintenance, and reinstatement cost assessments. There’s a strong support system in place for APC progression, and a good variety of work on offer.

What they’re looking for:

• A degree in Building Surveying (or close to it)
• Some experience would be ideal, but they’re open to recent grads
• Willingness to learn, develop, and get stuck in
