This is an opportunity for a talented individual to play a key role in the delivery of Falkirk Council s Building Standards service. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team, and will be required to be flexible, innovative and reactive to public demands and pressures. A degree or equivalent in Building Surveying or a built environment related subject is desirable and awareness/knowledge of legislation and guidance relating to the building warrant process and environment. As the duties of this role require you to effectively travel to successfully undertake the full remit of the role, you must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
