From innovation delivery and BTL activation to data analysis and P&L management, this is a broad, hands-on role offering fantastic exposure and development within a market-leading FMCG business.What you'll be doing?As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will: Support the Senior Brand Manager on day-to-day brand activity and key strategic initiatives Monitor, analyse and report on market performance, consumer insights and competitor activity using data sources such as Circana and Kantar Lead end-to-end delivery of EPD and innovation projects - from concept development and packaging to launch and in-market evaluation Assist in building and executing brand plans that drive growth both in-store and online Own elements of P&L and budget management, including tracking and reporting on marketing spend Support the development and execution of best-in-class BTL activation, including shopper marketing and digital activity Work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Planning, Agencies and other internal teams Gain exposure to customer selling, factory visits, Gate processes and international stakeholders What we need from you?We're looking for a commercially minded marketer who is excited by innovation and brand building. You'll ideally bring: FMCG marketing experience (graduate-level or equivalent) Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and insight tools such as Circana or Kantar A collaborative mindset with proven project management experience A results-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and confidence working cross-functionally What we offer you in return?
