We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Branch Manager to support lead our new Grantham branch. You’ll be working side-by-side with the Branch Manager to support the team, keep operations on track and make sure our customers are happy. If you’ve got experience in sales, team leadership, and know your way around the automotive or trade world, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into: Helping to run the branch day-to-day supporting with everything from sales to operations Working closely with the Branch Manager to hit targets and grow the business Leading, coaching, and supporting your team so they can do their best work Making sure stock’s in check and everything’s where it needs to be Building great relationships with customers and making sure they’re well looked after Taking the reins when the Branch Manager is away
