Key elements of your role as Assistant Bar Manager:
To supervise the daily operation of the bar as well as the daily duties of all the Bar staff. Work alongside the Bar Manager in the daily operation of the Bar Department.
To assist in the training of all employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency and in the most productive manner.
To be fully aware of current legislation regarding hygiene, licensing laws, weights and measures as they apply to the restaurant.
To monitor standards and supply of all restaurant equipment, ensuring the management team is aware of any needs.
To conduct and contribute to regular departmental communications meetings.
Adhering to cleaning checklists and opening/closing procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of these and checking back that they have been completed.
To ensure the bar manager closing duties are carried when manager is absent from floor.

You have 1 years experience in this position
Solution-driven individual able to work under the pressure of peak service
You love to wow guests with exceptional service
You have excellent English language skills
You are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair
