Little Door & Co is looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Bar Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career within a vibrant, late-night, culture-led bar group.
The Role
As Assistant Bar Manager, you will work closely with the Bar Manager to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Youll be a key presence on the Bar, leading by example, supporting the team, and helping to maintain the high standards Little Door & Co is known for.

Key Responsibilities Supporting the Bar Manager with daily bar operations

Leading shifts and supervising the bar team during service

Delivering outstanding guest experiences

Training, coaching, and developing team members

Assisting with stock control, ordering, and wastage management

Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures

Maintaining bar standards, organisation, and presentation

Supporting rotas, staff welfare, and team morale

What Were Looking For Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager, Bar Supervisor, or strong Senior Bartender

Confident leadership and excellent communication skills

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, positive attitude and passion for hospitality

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
