Key Responsibilities

Assist client relationship managers by preparing product cost breakdowns and project briefs
Maintain up-to-date product pricing, records, and sales orders within internal databases and tools
Prepare, update, and share sales performance summaries
Oversee a portfolio of low-activity or maintenance-focused client accounts with oversight from senior team members, including occasional direct client contact
Coordinate timely delivery of client requirements, such as order processing, inventory monitoring, and forecast updates based on new commitments
Generate sales orders, manage pricing adjustments, and conduct regular stock reviews for escalation to relevant team members
