Assistant Account Handler We are on the lookout for an Assistant Account Handler to join us and support our team in exceeding renewal retention goals, provide essential administrative assistance, and ensure quality assurance standards are met. Key Responsibilities To provide support to colleagues to ensure we exceed the Company’s expectations on renewal retention. To take ownership and responsibility for the allocated renewals under £5,000 premium. To provide general administrative support to colleagues, including credit control, Circus updates and ensure PIB’s Quality Assurance and due diligence measures are all met. Ensure efficient office management and general housekeeping, including answering general telephone queries, welcoming any visitors to the office and maintaining a good working environment at all times. Promote St Giles' reputation within the sector through attending any relevant functions/seminars where applicable. About You We’re looking for someone who brings: Some experience in the insurance industry Excellent organisational and time management skills, with good attention to detail Exceptional customer service and, communication skills A good knowledge and understanding of computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other office equipment Why Join U...
