A site and project of which we are very proud, the need has arisen for an Asset Manager experienced in healthcare settings and complex contracts to join our established team and report to the project General Manager.You will be the bridge between the hospital management board and the facilities service provider. You will attend regular meetings with the Board and the Contractor including regular reporting on performance and compliance in line with the Project Agreement.Your broad responsibilitiesContract ManagementContractor Management and CommunicationsTechnical Lead including compliance and recording (the information recording is key)Asset Management Lead - under the terms of the Project AgreementYou will haveIn depth knowledge of FM service including experience in a healthcare / public sector settingIn depth knowledge of FM statutory and regulatory complianceKnowledge of working with detailed contractual, statutory and guidance documentsKnowledge of risk management principles and practicesProven record of service deliveryAnd be a balanced and effective communicator, presenter and partner to all stakeholders in the project - conscious of the nature and challenges of a hospital setting and all that entailsIn returnThe opportunity to extend your experience within a recognised market leaderWorking with an experienced, engaged and established teamWorking in an organisation that values you and your personal, professional developmentCompetitive salary and benefits package including an enhanced, non-contributory pension scheme #J-18808-Ljbffr
