The business covers the full project lifecycle - from acquisition and planning through to development, marketing, leasing and operations.Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Asset Performance & Value CreationSupport the execution of asset-level business plans across operational and development assetsAnalyse leasing, pricing and operational performance against underwriting and KPIsIdentify and implement initiatives to enhance NOI, occupancy, rental growth and asset valueWork closely with Property Managers to drive on-site performance and accountabilityFinancial Analysis & ReportingProduce high-quality investor and internal reporting, including performance analysis and clear management commentaryTrack key KPIs (occupancy, leasing velocity, rent levels, cost lines) and highlight risks and opportunitiesSupport lender reporting requirements and valuation processesBudgeting & Business PlanningLead preparation of annual budgets and reforecasts in collaboration with operational teamsMonitor performance against budget, identifying variances and implementing corrective actionsContribute to longer-term asset strategiesStakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, lenders, valuers and operating partnersCoordinate across internal functions (development, operations, finance) to ensure aligned execution of asset strategiesESG & ComplianceSupport delivery of ESG strategy across the portfolioLead or contribute to submissions for GRESB, BREEAM and other relevant accreditationsEnsure assets are operating in line with evolving regulatory requirementsOversee key third-party contracts, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs and budgetsSupport procurement processes and drive value through supplier negotiationsMonitor market trends, competitor performance and macro driversCandidate Attributes2-4 years' experience within real estate asset management, investment or a related fieldStrong financial and analytical capability, with advanced Excel proficiencyExperience producing investor-level reporting and financial analysisCommercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategyStrong understanding of real estate fundamentals (NOI, IRR, valuation drivers)Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlinesConfident communicator, capable of engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholdersExperience in BTR, residential or operational real estate preferredExposure to financial modelling advantageous but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
