JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for an Asset Management Surveyor to join our Stock Condition Surveying Team. This is a full time, 35 hours per week, permanent role covering our locations across the South Coast of England.

The overall purpose of the role is to support the delivery of Guinness long term Asset Management strategy and development of future investment programmes, by undertaking a programme of property surveys and risk assessments.

What were looking for

We are looking for an experienced surveyor with a proven track record of assessing stock condition and working knowledge of the Housing Health & Safety Rating System. The successful individual will need to be able to efficiently manage their own workload, taking in to account time & travel restrictions.
