We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the Asset Management team within the Transport division. The division supports customer/driver transition to sustainable driving alternatives and the transition to Net Zero, especially through electric vehicle financing.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Corporate customers, Brokers, and Retailers for the Used Leasing product
• Collaborate with product management & operations teams to address customer and colleague pain points
• Shape propositions to meet wider customer needs
• Present solutions to committees for approval
• Support the implementation of new initiatives and stakeholder engagement
• Build relationships across Motor Finance & Leasing and other teams within LBG
• Manage strategies to drive growth and control costs, supporting profit and loss
• Make informed decisions considering business, economic, market, and regulatory factors

What you'll need

• A passion for change that benefits customers and achieves commercial goals
• Experience in Procedural/Product management
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver customer-focused solutions
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills
• Excellent communication skills, confident in presentations to senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to plan and execute delivery strategies
• Knowledge of consumer & motor finance markets (desirable but not essential)
