Asset Management Officer (£43,207per annum, full-time) Job Role We are seeking a Asset Management Officer to play a key role in supporting the Property Asset Manager to: Planning improvement works using data to inform decision-making and priorities Supporting Decent Homes, EPC and Net Zero targets Keeping our property information and systems up to date Working closely with teams across the Property Services Directorate What you'll bring Outstanding spreadsheet skills Great organisation A proactive, can-do approach Strong teamwork and communication About Us At West Kent, we're passionate about the role a housing association can play in society and believe the values of an organisation are what makes it special.
