An excellent opportunity to step into a highly trusted, high-impact leadership role at the heart of a major UK nuclear new build project. As Asset Management Lead, you will hold end-to-end ownership of asset care, preservation, and cleanliness across critical safety-related systems, playing a pivotal role in protecting project integrity from delivery through final handover.

ENG Bauen is supporting a major UK nuclear new build project with the appointment of an Asset Management Lead. This role sits at the heart of nuclear quality and assurance, owning the care, preservation, and cleanliness of systems, structures, and components from delivery through installation and final handover.
This is a high-accountability role centred on managing the lifecycle, ensuring auditability, and maintaining regulatory compliance, all of which support long-term plant operation and nuclear safety.
The Role
* Own asset care, preservation, and cleanliness regimes from receipt to final handover
* Ensure compliance with RCC-M F6000, project specifications, and internal procedures
* Develop and manage preservation plans, inspection schedules, and lifetime records
* Coordinate closely with QA/QC, logistics, stores, and construction teams
* Act as the focal point for asset condition assurance during installation and turnover
The ideal professional for the role
* Proven experience in asset preservation within nuclear or similarly regulated environments
* Strong working knowledge of RCC-M standards and nuclear quality requirements
* Highly detail-driven with a rigorous documentation and audit mindset
* Confident working across multidisciplinary site teams and client interfaces
* Background in nuclear, oil & gas, aerospace, defence, or high-integrity manufacturing
