Step into a rewarding role in our 'Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology' (ADS&T) division. As an Asset Management Consultant, you'll be instrumental in helping organisations optimise their asset utilisation. You'll provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to ensure clients make the most of their assets throughout their lifecycle. Leveraging emerging technologies and data analytics, you'll develop actionable recommendations that enhance asset performance and value. Your purpose:

Use your Asset Management experience to help transform organisations in meeting their asset management aspirations to support their corporate objectives. Provide asset management advice providing a breadth of knowledge across the following areas, as well as in depth knowledge in one or more areas, and the ability to link advice between areas:
  • Strategic asset management, Integrated risk management.
  • Investment planning, Intelligent operations and maintenance.
  • Information management.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies in line with ISO 55000 standards.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of defence assets, ensuring optimal performance and value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate asset management practices across various sectors.
  • Provide technical expertise to support investment decisions and project planning.
  • Monitor and report on asset performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage asset data and maintain accurate records.

What you can bring:
  • HNC/HND/Degree level in a related discipline or demonstrable relevant practical and theoretical Asset Management experience.
  • IAM qualifications, and / or Membership of an appropriate professional body.
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of Asset Management principles, procedures and processes under ISO55000.
  • Ability to manage and adapt with potential ambiguity or new content in a very broad range of situations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and contribute with a problem-solving, investigative and innovative skillset, including input to bid proposals/tender responses.
  • Interested in both leading and delivering work.
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships with customers, identifying and developing opportunities and managing these through to new work.
  • Experience of working directly with clients to provide advice and guidance on asset management technical matters, including problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods of asset management across multiple domains to provide advice and guidance on technical and investment decisions.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in wider markets, with experience of consultancy selling to external clients.
