Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a high-performing Analyst to join a leading investment platform specialising in social infrastructure, Real Estate and healthcare, managing c.£5bn of assets across the UK and Europe.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership on fund models, portfolio enhancement, and investor reporting—with a clear progression pathway towards fund management responsibility. This role is a rare chance to combine technical modelling expertise with strategic, value-add initiatives across a growing platform at the forefront of its sector.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and developing complex fund models to drive asset management decisions. Working with senior investment professionals to enhance and grow portfolio value. Supporting detailed reporting and presentations to institutional investors. Collaborating across asset management, finance, and wider business projects.

What we’re looking for:

2–3 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or similar. Background in real estate or healthcare (asset management, social infrastructure) strongly . Advanced Excel & modelling skills, with strong presentation and reporting abilities. A commercial, collaborative mindset—analytical but approachable and team-focused.
