I'm working with a client who is looking for an Asset Data Manager to lead their asset and energy-performance data initiatives. The role is key to supporting their long-term investment and sustainability objectives, managing data across multiple systems, and delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience managing asset data and supporting investment planning within a housing or property environment
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and SQL
The ability to interpret complex compliance information and turn it into clear, actionable insights
A collaborative leadership style, with a focus on cross-team working and continuous improvement
Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines
