Assessment Case Officer

Location: Grantham (Onsite)

Shift Pattern: Differing shifts between 8-4 and 12-8 Monday to Friday (plus 1 in 4 Saturdays) on a Rota Basis

Salary: £25,396.80 + Bonus

What would you be doing as an Assessment Case Officer here at Payplan?

Our assessment team is essential in supporting clients on their journey to becoming debt-free. In this role, youll engage with clients to gain a clear understanding of their financial and personal situations, work alongside them to develop a manageable budget, and offer professional expert advice on the most appropriate debt solutions tailored to their needs.
