We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the assembly of machinery including mechanical fitting, cabling, servers, cooling systems, and power supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products from engineering drawings and work instructions Repair and rework mechanical assemblies Interpret electrical schematics and perform fault finding Ensure build quality through documentation and peer checks Meet production throughput targets Support prototype builds and project work with Manufacturing Engineering Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Adhere to safe working practices and company valuesSkills & Experience:
Proven experience assembling complex electro-mechanical products Strong mechanical and workshop skills Ability to work independently and follow procedures Basic testing and problem-solving capabilities Understanding of electrical/mechanical drawings and safety standards Good communication and team collaboration skills GCSEs in Maths and EnglishHours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30.
