MANE are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives for our aerospace client based in Bedfordshire.

Assembly Operator - Precision Manufacturing

Join our team and help build high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment! We're looking for a hands-on Assembly Operator with experience in manufacturing or assembly, who takes pride in delivering accurate, top-quality work.

What You'll Do:

Assemble components using hand tools and basic machinery

Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and route cards

Work with Quality and Engineering to meet strict standards

Keep production records accurate and maintain a safe, clean workspace

What We're Looking For:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Team player who can follow procedures and hit targets

Bonus: aerospace/regulated industry experience, reading drawings, Operator Verification

Shift: Monday-Thursday, Day shifts (potential late shift rotation)
