Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour

Barker Ross is currently recruiting Assembly Operatives for our client based in Spinney Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for long-term work with the potential to become permanent.

Shift Pattern

PM Shift
Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
Friday: 13:00 - 20:00Benefits

£12.50 per hour

The Role

You will be working in a fast-paced production environment, assembling small components at your own workstation. After completing training, you will work independently following detailed instructions to ensure all products are assembled accurately and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble small parts following detailed instructions

Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Work independently once training is completed

Ensure consistent production standards

Requirements

Good attention to detail

Good dexterity and steady hands (working with small parts)

Good eyesight

Ability to follow instructions carefully

Reliable, motivated and willing to learn

Previous assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
